We provide hands-on training and an opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills while earning competitive pay.\n2nd Shift Schedule\nMonday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM\nWhat You'll Do\nOperate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.\nLoad and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.\nInspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.\nPerform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.\nIdentify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nFollow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.\nWork with your team to meet daily production and quality
