In this role you will be a hands-on engineer who implements the platform’s core components, reusable frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows, enabling Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to collaboratively build applications faster and with consistent quality. You will work within the architectural direction set by the platform’s architects and contribute to technical decisions, while owning the delivery of features end to end.\nKey Responsibilities\nAgentic Development Platform\nBuild and maintain components of an enterprise-grade agentic development environment using Kiro or similar platforms.\nImplement multi-agent workflows that support requirements generation, design, code generation, testing, and documentation.\nContribute to scalable development patterns and reusable frameworks for application delivery.\nRapid Prototyping & AI-Assisted Development\nDevelop MVPs and proofs of concept, working closely with Product and Design partners.\nTurn business requirements and natural language inputs into user stories, technical designs, UI prototypes, and working applications.\nIterate on and refine concepts through AI-assisted development cycles, gathering stakeholder feedback along the way.\nFull-Stack Engineering & Reusability\nBuild and maintain reusable assets, including:Application templates and starter kits\nAngular component libraries\nNestJS/Node.js service frameworks\nAI agent workflows and prompt libraries\n\nApply and promote consistent architecture and coding standards across teams.\nWrite clean, well-tested, and well-documented code, and participate actively in code reviews.\nAI Agent Integration\nImplement and tune workflows involving requirements, design, code generation, testing, and documentation agents.\nIntegrate LLM-based tools into the software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines.\nEvaluate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and maintainability, and improve prompts and workflows based on results.\nAdoption & Quality\nSupport adoption of AI-native development practices across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.\nHelp implement governance, security, quality controls, and validation processes for AI-generated artifacts.\nContribute to workshops, demos, and documentation, and mentor mid-level and junior developers.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular.\nSolid understanding of software architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.\nExperience building or contributing to developer platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or platform engineering solutions.\nTrack record of delivering rapid prototypes, MVPs, or innovation initiatives.\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, and end-to-end).\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.\nHands-on experience with AI coding tools, agentic AI platforms, or multi-agent frameworks.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Kiro.\nExperience with LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol) architectures, or AI orchestration platforms.\nBackground in Developer Experience (DevEx), Platform Engineering, or Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).\nExperience building or contributing to enterprise design systems and reusable UI libraries.\nExperience mentoring engineers or contributing to AI adoption and innovation programs.\n All our
