You will be responsible for maintaining IT Infrastructure, including providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems to ensure optimal workplace IT performance.\nWhat will you do?\nManage and develop work environments, computer systems, and networks.\nMaintain essential IT operations, including maintenance of internal services like security tools, applications, servers, email systems, workplace equipment, SaaS/IaaS services, software and hardware assets management.\nSet up new and manage existing user accounts and access permissions.\nImplement company information security policies. Create documentation related to the company’s IT systems.\nCreate a long-term IT development plan. Manage & monitor the IT budget.\nProvide technical support across the company, responding promptly to service issues and requests. Track & update the IT helpdesk with incident resolution and status updates.\n What are we looking for?\n3+ years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.\nSolid understanding of computer systems, current equipment and technologies, such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Atlassian, VMware, Windows and Linux servers, PowerShell and Power automation.\nAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.\nFamiliarity with internet security and data privacy principles, good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, and VPNs.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.\nFluency in Estonian and English.\nNice to have:\nRelevant educational background or is currently pursuing a relevant degree.\n Founded by engineers for engineers, Proekspert is a place built around autonomy, trust, and meaningful work.
