You’ll work closely with our technology leadership and business partners to turn operational challenges into reliable, easy-to-use solutions.\nYour primary focus will be Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and integrations with internal systems. You will also use Microsoft SQL Server to support those solutions, with opportunities to deepen your technical skills through mentorship and hands-on development.\nWe’re looking for someone who enjoys asking, “Could we make this easier?”-and then building the solution.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild conversational agents: Design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents that help employees find information, submit requests, and complete routine tasks through Microsoft Teams.\nAutomate business processes: Create Power Automate workflows that reduce manual data entry, repetitive support tickets, and administrative work.\nConnect systems and data: Use APIs, connectors, and SQL Server to exchange information between agents, workflows, and business applications.\nImprove access to knowledge: Configure agents to retrieve information from approved internal sources and provide relevant, grounded responses.\nBuild reliable workflows: Incorporate data validation, duplicate checks, conditional logic, approval steps, and escalation paths so requests are handled accurately.\nIdentify opportunities: Partner with technology, operations, compliance, and other teams to understand their processes and prioritize useful automation projects.\nSupport secure implementation: Apply appropriate permissions, access controls, and human review when solutions interact with sensitive information or update business records.\nOwn solutions beyond launch: Troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, help employees adopt new tools, and improve solutions based on feedback and performance.\nMeasure results: Track outcomes such as time saved, fewer support requests, improved data accuracy, and employee adoption.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nHands-on experience building an agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio, with the ability to explain what you built, how it works, and the problem it solves.\nExperience creating workflows in Microsoft Power Automate, including triggers, conditions, connectors, and error handling.\nExperience publishing or integrating agents and workflows within Microsoft Teams.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including queries, joins, table relationships, and basic database normalization.\nFamiliarity with APIs, JSON, and connecting applications or data sources.\nAn understanding of how to validate information, prevent duplicate records, and handle exceptions.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate a business request into a clear technical approach.\nCuriosity, initiative, clear communication, and an interest in learning new tools.\nWe value demonstrated ability over a fixed number of years of experience.
