Alongside core DevOps responsibilities, you will improve production reliability and actively use AI tools to accelerate engineering, troubleshooting, and automation.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure.\n\nBuild and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and configuration management tools.\n\nDeploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.\n\nManage Linux environments and support databases, messaging systems, and cloud networking.\n\nDeliver infrastructure migrations, performance improvements, and cloud cost optimization.\n\nImprove production availability and resilience through monitoring, actionable alerting, capacity planning, and recovery procedures.\n\nInvestigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement changes to prevent recurring issues.\n\nDefine and track relevant reliability indicators and service objectives together with client teams.\n\nUse AI assistants extensively in daily engineering: infrastructure code, scripts, pipeline configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical research.\n\nBuild AI-assisted workflows that automate repetitive tasks, with appropriate validation, testing, and protection of client data.\n\nCollaborate directly with clients, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nRequirements:\n\n5+ years of DevOps engineering experience, including strong hands-on AWS expertise.\n\nStrong knowledge of Linux, networking, and system administration.\n\nPractical experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.\n\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\n\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or Graylog.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging systems.\n\nProficiency in Python, Bash, Go, or another language for operational automation.\n\nExperience troubleshooting production systems and improving their reliability, performance, and availability.\n\nRegular, practical use of AI coding assistants and other AI tools, with the ability to explain specific workflows and benefits.\n\nAbility to review and validate AI-generated code and configurations for correctness, security, and maintainability.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities across projects, and communicate effectively with clients.\n\nEnglish: Upper-Intermediate+.\nWould be an advantage:\n\nExperience with SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, postmortems, and structured incident response.\n\nExperience with high availability, disaster recovery testing, distributed tracing, and load testing.\n\nExperience building AI agents or integrating AI into engineering and operational workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack, or
