At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (DevOps, SysOps, or Linux Administrator) within complex, distributed infrastructures.\n\nTeam Leadership - Proven experience leading a team of engineers (DevOps/Infrastructure or similar) – setting technical direction, mentoring team members, and taking ownership of key decisions on their behalf.\n\nLinux & Containers - Proficiency in Linux, particularly Rocky Linux, alongside being comfortable working with Docker.\n\nOrchestration & GitOps - Fluent in Kubernetes and Helm, with practical experience working with FluxCD.\n\nMonitoring & Observability - Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, QuestDB, and Prometheus.\n\nAutomation & CI/CD - Proficient in using configuration management and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform, and experienced in creating automated deployments using GitLab CI.\n\nWeb & Databases - Familiar with MariaDB administration and NGINX, plus proven ability to support infrastructure for applications written in PHP, Node.js, and/or Python.\n\nScripting - Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python, or Go).\n\nCloud Platforms - 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean and AWS and/or GCP.\n\nLanguages - Polish at a C1 level (fluent in both written and verbal communication) and English at a B2 level (good written and verbal communication skills).\n\n→ Nice to have\nData & Operations -
