Africa.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Executive Driver\n\nLocation: No1 Akaka Road, Ode Remo - Ogun (As Assigned)\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nDepartment: Administration\n\nReports To: Head of Administration / Designated Supervisor\n\nJob Purpose\n\n To provide safe, reliable, punctual, and professional transportation services to designated executives and authorised personnel, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, vehicle care, and road safety.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Provide professional and safe driving services to designated executives and authorised personnel.\n\n Ensure punctual transportation to official engagements, appointments, meetings, and other approved destinations.\n\n Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the movements, activities, conversations, and personal information of executives and their families.\n\n Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practices.\n\n Conduct routine checks on the assigned vehicle and promptly report faults or maintenance requirements.\n\n Ensure the vehicle is clean, neat, roadworthy, and properly maintained at all times.\n\n Monitor fuel usage, mileage, servicing, insurance, licensing, and other vehicle-related requirements.\n\n Plan routes appropriately and use good judgment to minimise delays and ensure efficient movement.\n\n Demonstrate good knowledge of major routes and locations within Lagos and other areas of operation.\n\n Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel, mileage, and maintenance as required.\n\n Immediately report accidents, traffic incidents, vehicle faults, or security concerns to the appropriate authority.\n\n Ensure that the vehicle is not used by unauthorised persons.\n\n Maintain a professional, courteous, respectful, and presentable appearance at all times.\n\n Be available for official assignments outside normal working hours when required.\n\n Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\n Minimum of an SSCE / OND or equivalent qualification.\n\n Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence.\n\n Minimum of 5 years’ professional driving experience.\n\n Previous experience as an Executive or Corporate Driver is an advantage.\n\n Good knowledge of Lagos roads and major destinations.\n\n Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and defensive driving.\n\n Clean and verifiable driving record.\n\nKey Competencies:\n\n Excellent driving and road-safety skills.\n\n Punctuality and reliability.\n\n Discretion and confidentiality.\n\n Good communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n Patience and composure.\n\n Professional appearance and conduct.\n\n Trustworthiness and a strong sense of responsibility.\n\n
