The successful candidate will oversee automobile production operations, manage production teams, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and improve manufacturing efficiency.\n Key Responsibilities\n Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily automobile production activities.\n Manage production schedules and ensure timely achievement of production targets.\n Supervise production personnel and effectively allocate manpower across production lines.\n Monitor automobile manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.\n Work closely with Engineering, Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Procurement departments.\n Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, delays, defects, and process inefficiencies.\n Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production machinery, tools, and equipment.\n Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to address equipment breakdowns and technical issues.\n Ensure vehicles and components are produced according to approved engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.\n Monitor raw-material usage and minimize production waste.\n Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime and production costs.\n Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.\n Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and applicable manufacturing standards.\n Train, supervise, and evaluate production personnel.\n Promote continuous improvement across automobile production processes.\n Qualifications & Requirements\n Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.\n Minimum of 7 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience.\n Must have at least 5 years of proven hands-on experience specifically in automobile production/manufacturing.\n At least 3 years of experience in a Production Manager, Production Supervisor, or senior production management role.\n Automobile production experience will be a primary yardstick for shortlisting candidates.
