It measures what works and gets better every day.\nIn our GTM Strategy and Operations role, you will build and manage the systems, reporting, and insights that drive Profound’s go-to-market engine. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our GTM teams have the clarity, structure, and incentives they need to drive growth efficiently and predictably.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn GTM business metrics reporting to drive better decision-making, including sales productivity, rep attainment, and market analysis\n\nModel sales incentives and compensation plans and ensure reps are paid accurately and on time\n\nLead flow prioritization and optimization\n\nPerform segmentation and territory analysis to drive focus on strategic accounts\n\nPartner with leadership to forecast pipeline, revenue, and productivity with precision and accountability\n\nDesign and maintain dashboards and analytics frameworks that enable data-driven decisions across Sales and Marketing\n\nIdentify and implement process and tooling improvements across the GTM technology stack, including CRM, reporting, lead routing, and attribution\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing Operations to align on targets, coverage models, and reporting definitions\n\nTranslate data into clear insights and recommendations that improve sales efficiency and go-to-market strategy\n\nWho you are\n2 to 4 years of experience in GTM, revenue, or sales operations with strong analytical and modeling skills\n\nProven experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent\n\nDeep understanding of sales compensation, pipeline analytics, and territory design\n\nHighly analytical with a strong interest in digging into data to find patterns, trends, and opportunities\n\nComfortable translating data into insights that influence decision-making across leadership\n\nExcellent communicator and collaborator who works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance\n\nExperience supporting fast-growing, early-stage SaaS or AI companies, with exposure to SQL or advanced data visualization tools\n\nLocation\nThis is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.\nFor this role, the expected base salary range is $120,000 to $200,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks.
