The PDM builds TULSA-PRO Clinical Programs through Champions, developing new users, driving referral pathways, and earning the hospital's commitment of resources to the TULSA-PRO program.\nPerformance Measures\nTULSA-PRO Procedure volume against individual quota, by account and for the total territory.\nNew users and new programs developed to consistent procedure volume.\nQuarterly Business Reviews completed in priority accounts, with documented stakeholder commitments.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nDeliver TULSA-PRO Procedure growth against quota in assigned accounts and across the territory.\nBuild and execute a written growth plan for every installed account.\nDevelop existing and new users into TULSA-PRO Clinical Champions using approved company resources.\nGrow referral networks and the patient pathway in each account.\nWork across each account with clinicians, administrators and referral sources to win program priority and resources.\nLead Quarterly Business Reviews and gain stakeholder commitment to TULSA-PRO program objectives.\nIdentify and remove obstacles to program growth.\nPartner with the Capital Sales Executive and Clinical Scientists on shared accounts, from launch handoff to expansion opportunities.\nTrack and report on program performance. Keep CRM current and forecast accurately.\nRepresent TULSA-PRO® at marketing events, executive meetings and presentations.\nEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, internal SOPs and Profound Medical policies.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nCore Competencies\nClinical Excellence: anatomy, product and TULSA-PRO Procedure expertise.\nBuilding TULSA-PRO Clinical Champions: convicting new and existing users to adopt TULSA-PRO as a preferred procedure for appropriate patients.\nProgram Development: gaining program priority and resources across the account.\nQuarterly Business Reviews: clinical and economic presentations that win stakeholder commitment.\nOvercoming Program Obstacles and Objections: discovering and removing barriers to growth.\nTerritory Ownership: deep account knowledge and development of a winning strategy.\nBusiness Acumen and Hospital Economics: tying program growth to hospital goals.\nSales Execution and Results: planning, commitment, forecast and quota attainment.\n\nEach competency is defined and scored in the PDM Competency Rubric\nEducation and Certifications\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.\nKey Attributes\n5+ years of medical device sales experience with a documented record of quota attainment.\nProven and documented success growing procedure volume or utilization in an installed base. (Sales Rankings, Awards)\nCapital-plus-procedure, robotic or image-guided therapy sales experience with documented top 10% Rankings. Awards including Rep of the Year, Presidents Club and Rookie of the Year strongly preferred.\nProven experience building robotics, novel or image-guided therapy strategic service lines in new and existing hospital environments.\nMedtech (robotics, novel or image-guided) sales leadership experience preferred.\nExperience with Class II/III medical devices preferred.\nFamiliarity with urology, radiology or oncology clinical environments preferred.\nExperience selling to hospital administration and IDN / health systems.\nExcellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in CRM tools, Excel and PowerPoint.\nAble to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements and work safely in the MR environment.\n\nWe thank you for your interest in Profound Medical.
