models, and third-party systems.\nWork directly with users and improve products based on real-world usage.\nMake practical engineering decisions and move quickly without getting blocked by non-critical details.\nConvert customer-specific implementations into reusable Progent capabilities.\n\nRequirements: \nYou enjoy building and shipping, not just learning concepts.\nYou have strong coding fundamentals and are comfortable writing code independently.\nYou understand basics such as APIs, HTTP, databases, SQL/queries, JSON, and integrations.\nYou have built at least one AI/LLM project at work, in college, during an internship, hackathon, or independently.\nYou are curious about technologies such as AI agents, tool calling, RAG, MCP, and workflow automation.\nYou enjoy solving unclear problems and figuring things out independently.\nYou can debug a problem across multiple systems rather than stopping at your part of the codebase.\nYou communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nYou take ownership from idea to deployment.\nStrong personal projects, hackathons, internships, open-source contributions, or products you have built
