SRE（Site Reliability Engineer）として、Progmatのシステムの信頼性向上と安定運用を推進し、サービスのパフォーマンスを最大化する役割を担っていただきます。具体的な内容は下記のとおりです。

  • システムの信頼性向上に向けたインフラ設計・実装
  • ビジネスパートナーと協力し、システムのプロファイリング、パフォーマンスチューニング、インシデント対応などを実施
  • CI/CDパイプラインの構築、運用自動化にむけた改善施策推進
  • サービスの拡大と共にスケールボトルネックの発見及びキャパシティプランニング
  • ビジネスデザイン部門と連携した新規事業におけるPoC企画、実施、MVP開発
  • 関係者とのコミュニケーションを通して解決策を見出し、課題解決を実践
