opportunities\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Line Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-volume, high-quality food service within a busy village environment.\nWorking closely with the Head Chef, you’ll take ownership of your section and contribute to:\nConsistent, well-presented meals across multiple service periods\nCook-to-order stations and themed dining nights\nDaily food preparation and service execution\nCreating a home away from home experience for residents\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen\nMaintain strong standards of food hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance\nExecute menu items to a high standard of presentation and consistency\nSupport stock control, food storage, and kitchen organisation\nMaintain kitchen
