You will play an important role in delivering quality grounds maintenance services while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform gardening and grounds maintenance activities across a variety of customer sites.\nMaintain gardens, lawns, landscaped areas and outdoor facilities to a high standard.\nUndertake planting, pruning, mulching, weed control and general garden maintenance.\nOperate mowers, brush cutters and other grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively.\nIdentify and report maintenance requirements and opportunities for site improvements.\nAssist with landscaping and garden enhancement activities as required.\nEnsure all work is completed in accordance with safety, quality and environmental standards.\nMaintain equipment and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition.\nDeliver high-quality customer service and maintain positive client relationships.\nWork collaboratively with team members to achieve service delivery objectives.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering high-quality gardening and grounds maintenance services.\nYou will also possess:\nExperience in gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance, parks and gardens or a similar role.\nExperience operating mowers, brush cutters and small plant equipment.\nA strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental standards.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nReliable work ethic and positive attitude.\nCurrent Driver's Licence.\nHighly Regarded\nQualification in Horticulture, Parks and Gardens or a related discipline.\nExperience working across commercial, government or large-scale grounds maintenance environments.\nIrrigation or turf maintenance experience.\nAbout Us\nProgrammed Property Services is a leading provider of painting, signage and grounds maintenance services across a wide range of industries throughout Australia.\nWorking with Programmed means becoming part of a business that values its people, prioritises safety and supports career development.
