You’ll be visible in the kitchen, setting standards, coaching your team and driving a culture where quality matters.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLeading daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment\nDelivering consistent, high-quality meals across buffet and cook-to-order services\nDesigning and evolving menus in collaboration with the central catering team\nDriving food presentation, variety and overall dining experience\nManaging stock, ordering, food costs and budgets\nMaintaining strict compliance with HACCP and food safety standards\nCoaching, mentoring and catering or village environment\nA strong focus on food quality, presentation and consistency\nThe ability to lead from the front in a hands-on capacity\nSolid commercial acumen across cost control, stock and forecasting\nA genuine passion for developing and supporting your team\nStrong understanding of food safety and HACCP compliance\nRequirements:\nCertificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or
