Bring a brand-new recreation program to life.\nProgrammed Facility Management is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at a brand-new accommodation village in the Pilbara, supporting our client PLS.\nWith capacity for up to 200 people, Munjuda is a new facility providing accommodation and village services for a large FIFO workforce. This is an opportunity to join the operation from the beginning and play a key role in creating a positive and engaging environment for residents.\nThis is a permanent full-time position on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.\nThe Opportunity\nAs Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a range of recreational, fitness and social activities designed to enhance the resident experience and create a welcoming village environment.\nYou will take ownership of the site's lifestyle offering, including the management of the gym and recreation room, while developing and delivering a regular activities calendar.\nThis is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys engaging with people, organising activities and creating a strong sense of community within a FIFO village.\nYou'll have the opportunity to establish the lifestyle program at a brand-new facility, working with residents and the wider village team to understand what people want and deliver activities that encourage participation and engagement.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nManage the day-to-day operation and presentation of the gym and recreation room\nDevelop and coordinate a regular calendar of recreational, fitness and social activities\nOrganise and facilitate sporting competitions, social events, themed activities and other resident initiatives\nEncourage participation and engagement across the village\nEngage with residents to understand their interests, needs and feedback\nPromote upcoming activities and events through appropriate village communication channels\nMaintain a welcoming, inclusive and positive atmosphere across the lifestyle facilities\nMonitor and maintain gym and recreation equipment\nAssist with activity and event budgets and maintain appropriate records\nGather resident feedback and use it to continually improve the lifestyle offering\nWork collaboratively with the Village Management and broader site team\nMaintain appropriate safety standards across all activities and facilities\nWhat's On Offer\n$105,000 + Super\nPermanent full-time employment\nFIFO from Perth\n8:6 roster\nFlights, accommodation and meals provided\nWork in a brand-new Pilbara facility\nOpportunity to establish the lifestyle program from day one\nManage the gym and recreation facilities\nLong-term employment opportunity\nProgression opportunities across Programmed's broader site portfolio\nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who is energetic, approachable and passionate about creating positive experiences for people living and working in a FIFO environment.\nYou'll be confident engaging with a diverse range of residents and comfortable taking the initiative to organise activities, events and programs that encourage participation.\nYou will have a genuine interest in fitness, recreation and wellbeing, combined with strong organisational and communication skills.\nTo be successful, you will have:\nPrevious experience in a lifestyle, recreation, fitness, events or similar role\nMinimum Certificate II in Fitness\n Certificate IV in Fitness (Preferred)\nCurrent First Aid and CPR qualifications\nExperience planning and coordinating activities, events or recreational programs\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nThe confidence to engage with residents and encourage participation\nStrong organisational and time management skills\nA positive, energetic and proactive approach\nThe ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the lifestyle program\nA current C Class driver's licence\nLong-term Australian working rights\nWhy Programmed?\nAt Programmed, we're focused on creating opportunities for our people to build long-term careers across our growing portfolio of facilities and mining camp operations.\nJoining Munjuda gives you the opportunity to be part of a brand-new site and play a key role in establishing the culture, lifestyle offering and resident experience from the outset.\nWith ongoing opportunities across our sites, this can be more than just your next FIFO role -
