high-volume, high-quality food services within a busy village operation.\nWorking closely with the Head Chef and wider catering team, you'll take ownership of your section, maintain strong food standards and contribute to delivering a positive dining experience for residents.\nThis role is ideally suited to experienced FIFO chefs who understand the importance of consistency, teamwork and delivering quality meals in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and deliver high-quality meals within a high-volume catering environment\nMaintain food presentation, consistency and service standards across all meal periods\nEnsure compliance with food safety, HACCP and hygiene requirements\nSupport daily food preparation, service delivery and kitchen operations\nMaintain kitchen cleanliness, organisation and equipment standards\nAssist with stock rotation, storage and inventory control processes\nWork collaboratively with the catering team to meet service demands\nContribute to a positive kitchen culture focused on quality and teamwork\nAbout You\nYou're an experienced FIFO Chef who takes pride in delivering quality food and maintaining high standards.\nYou understand the demands of remote catering environments and can consistently perform in a busy, high-volume kitchen while supporting a positive team culture.\nYou Will Have\nPrevious FIFO Chef experience (essential)\nCertificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)\nExperience working within high-volume catering or commercial kitchen environments\nStrong understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nA positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality outcomes\nRequirements\nCertificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)\nFood Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)\nUnrestricted Australian working rights\nCurrent C Class Driver's Licence\nAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening\nCurrent National Police Clearance (issued within the last three months)\nPlease
