Help set the standard from day one.\nProgrammed Facility Management is seeking experienced Line Chefs to join our team at a brand-new accommodation village in the Pilbara, supporting our client PLS.\nWith capacity for up to 200 people, this is an exciting opportunity to join a new operation from the beginning and play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience for residents on site.\nThis is a permanent full-time position on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, working 12-hour shifts across both day and night operations.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Line Chef, you will work as part of a high-performing kitchen team preparing and serving meals for a large FIFO workforce. You will be responsible for maintaining quality, consistency and presentation across all meals while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced camp environment.\nYour roster will include one week of day shift followed by one week of night shift, providing variety across your swing.\nThis is a new kitchen and a new team, giving you the opportunity to be part of establishing strong standards, processes and culture from the outset.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPreparing and cooking meals to a high standard and in line with established menus and recipes\nWorking across breakfast, lunch and dinner services in a high-volume camp kitchen\nMaintaining food quality, presentation and consistency\nFollowing food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements\nMaintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment\nWorking collaboratively with Chefs and kitchen staff to deliver meals efficiently\nSupporting the broader kitchen operation as required\nContributing to a positive team environment and
