Programmed Facility Management (PFM) Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality standards.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsures administrative and support processes are adhered to in line with Programmed FM quality systems and procedures.\nProvides prompt responses to incoming requests, including via phone and email.\nEnsures that all administrative processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.\nEnsures all information and documentation is safely stored in accordance with policy, considering the confidentiality and security requirements of the contract.\nAssists with generating and completing reports as required and ensures they meet specified timeframes and quality standards.\nProcesses variation requests to ensure compliance with Programmed and contractual standards and seeks approval in line with contract requirements.\nMaintains an effective filing system.\nSupports the sustainability initiatives and programmes implemented within Programmed FM and Programmed.\nProvides feedback and participates in continuous improvement initiatives to assist the wider OCC in improving results in line with contractual obligations.\nSupports cultural initiatives and programmes implemented within Programmed FM and Programmed.\nActively identifies hazards in the workplace and assists in mitigating or eliminating them.\nEnsures that required compliance-based activities are undertaken in a timely and satisfactory manner.\nSkills and experience\nDemonstrated proficiency in driving business capability improvement activities or lead role in client insights and/or innovation\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills\nCommitment for continual learning and personal development\nPractical approach to solution development\nThis role is an entry-level role that has the potential for growth and development within the organisation.
