Working alongside Project Managers, clients and trade contractors, you will coordinate project activities from scoping through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.\nThis role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and is looking to grow their project management career within a supportive and dynamic team.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and coordinate QR1 and QR2 work packages from initial scope through to project completion.\nDevelop scopes of works, obtain quotations and coordinate procurement activities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.\nSupport Project Managers with project scheduling, budgeting, reporting and delivery activities.\nCoordinate trade contractors and monitor project progress, cost and quality outcomes.\nPrepare project reports, maintain project records and manage Excel-based tracking tools.\nConduct RFQ processes and evaluate supplier and subcontractor submissions.\nAttend site inspections and stakeholder meetings for upcoming and active projects.\nAssist with variation management and project administration requirements.\nSupport project handovers, defect rectification activities and close-out documentation.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.\nYou will also possess:\nTrade-based background or experience within housing, maintenance, construction or facilities management.\nExperience in project coordination, contract administration, maintenance delivery or a similar role.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and contractors.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organisational and time-management capabilities.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.\nA proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.\nHigh levels of integrity, professionalism and teamwork.\nHighly Regarded\nExperience managing quotations, scopes of work and subcontractor performance.\nKnowledge of project delivery, maintenance contracts or social housing environments.\nAbout Us\nProgrammed Facility Management is a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries.\nWorking with Programmed means becoming part of a business that values its people, prioritises safety and supports career development.
