You will oversee project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.\nIn addition to delivering a select number of projects directly, you will provide project management leadership, guidance and support to supervisors and operational teams, helping drive consistency, capability development and best-practice project delivery across the contract.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and contributing to projects that support one of Western Australia's most iconic destinations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the delivery of refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance and capital works projects from initiation through to completion.\nOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and contract administration activities.\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.\nMaintain project governance processes, reporting frameworks and project controls.\nMonitor project performance, budgets, risks and quality outcomes across the project portfolio.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.\nProvide project management coaching, guidance and support to supervisors and operational teams.\nCoordinate with Facilities Management, Asset Management and Procurement teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nIdentify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.\nPrepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven ability to deliver complex projects while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\nYou will also possess:\nDemonstrated experience delivering construction, infrastructure, refurbishment, fit-out or maintenance projects.\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a structured project management environment.\nStrong commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets and financial performance.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.\nStrong understanding of project governance, risk management and quality assurance principles.\nSound knowledge of Australian WHS and environmental legislation.\nExcellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to lead, mentor and support project delivery teams.\nHighly Regarded\nTertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.\nExperience delivering government or public-sector projects.\nExperience administering contracts under AS2124 or similar frameworks.\nMembership of, or progression towards, a recognised professional industry body.\nAbout Us\nProgrammed Facility Management is a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries.\nWorking with Programmed means becoming part of a business that values its people, prioritises safety and supports career development.
