This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high-performance team that is responsible for coordinating and managing work orders across all maintenance activities for the contract.\nWith a focus on excellent customer service, you will ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with contractual and quality assurance requirements while ensuring the process is exceeded for both the company and the customer.\nNature of the position: Full Time\nLocation: Spring Hill\nRemuneration: $80,000 per annum\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate daily scheduling of planned and reactive works\nLiaise with contractors to ensure timely provision of services\nSupport the operational team with the scheduling of works to meet contract requirements and resource availability\nMaintain a strong relationship with the client and contractors\nAbout You\nTo join our team, ideally, you will have experience in a previous Facility Management role.
