Your role will be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and operational excellence of store operations across multiple Melbourne Water sites. You will play a critical part in driving store efficiency, developing high-performing teams, and fostering an inclusive and engaged workforce culture.\nThe successful candidate will be a proactive and hands-on leader with the ability to work autonomously and implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate performance, safety, and service delivery standards. This permanent full-time position will be based in Collins Street office, with travel to our Melbourne Water sites within the metropolitan area.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach and develop a team of five employees across geographically dispersed warehouse locations.\nDrive a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.\nCoordinate resource planning, scheduling, and logistics to meet service and delivery targets.\nDevelops and provides stock reports/counts when required\nIdentify and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.\nStandardize warehouse and store procedures across sites and support adoption through change management.\nCompletes hazard and inspection audits in accordance with IMS schedule\nEquipment is regularly serviced in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations and accurate records of servicing history are maintained\nAbout You\nYou are an experienced and proactive leader with a strong background in inventory management and multi-site operations.
