and onboarding).\nWork with direct clients and implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.\nSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.\nConduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.\nValidate candidate authenticity by thoroughly checking experience, project work, and employment history.\nEnsure candidate alignment with client/vendor requirements and compliance standards.\nCoordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.\nNegotiate compensation based on market standards and candidate expectations.\nMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.\n\nRequired Skills & Expertise\nStrong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and terminology.\nProven experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.\nHands-on experience with various visa types.\nGood knowledge of US tax terms:\nW2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099.\nAbility to identify genuine candidate's vs fake profiles:\nValidate resumes through detailed questioning.\nCheck consistency in employment timelines and technical skills.\nVerify communication skills and real-time problem-solving ability.\nFamiliarity with ATS tools and job portals (Ceipal, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.\nProven track record of successful placements in the US market.\nExperience managing vendor layers and client coordination.\n\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong negotiation and persuasion abilities.\nAttention to detail
