maintain RESTful APIs, and work with both SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps for setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Guide team members through code reviews, architecture discussions, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate actively in sprint planning and reviews.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.\n\n- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.\n\n- Proven experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.\n\n- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and API design principles.\n\n- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and other DevOps technologies.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.\n\n- Strong communication and leadership skills with prior experience in team mentoring/leading.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Working knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React.js.\n\n- Experience with event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.\n\n- Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices and DevOps culture.\n\nEducational Qualification :\n\n- Bachelors or
