principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms. \n\n- Experience with testing frameworks and tools, such as Jest or Enzyme, for unit and integration testing. \n\n- Must have experience in using React hooks. \n\nMust-Have Skills : \n\n- Experience in Jira, ReactJS, Redux, Storybook, Material UI, TypeScript, RESTful API integration, Caching techniques, GIT, Jest, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON. \n\n- Good communication skills.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and related technologies. \n\n- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient front-end solutions. \n\n- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. \n\n- Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience. \n\n- Optimize application performance and ensure fast page load times by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. \n\n- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to promote code quality and professional growth. \n\n- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js and front-end development, applying them to improve the development process and product quality.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, QA engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features. \n\n- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions and continuous improvements to ensure a stable and reliable application. \n\n- Collaborate in agile software development practices, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to sprint demos and retrospectives. \n\n- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks. \n\n- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively in a team environment. \n\n- Prior experience with Agile methodologies and practices
