We work end-to-end across the product lifecycle: design, build, launch, and scale.\nIf you’re passionate about building transformative products, Progress Partners is a place to make a lasting impact.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a proactive and highly organized People & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day People operations of our growing international team.\nWorking closely with the People team, you will help ensure that employee processes run smoothly, information stays accurate, and employees and managers receive timely operational support. This is a hands-on role with exposure to different areas of People Operations and broader company operations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCoordinate employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, internal checklists, system setup, equipment, and access coordination.\n\nSupport employee lifecycle changes such as contract updates, role or manager changes, relocations, and other administrative updates.\n\nSupport the day-to-day administration of People tools, including Deel, 15Five, ZenAdmin, ClickUp, and other platforms used by the company.\n\nWork closely with the People and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a smooth handover from candidate to new joiner.\n\nSupport the coordination of company events, All-Hands meetings, offsites, learning initiatives, and other employee programs.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruitment coordination, business operations, administration, or a similar role.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.\n\nComfortable managing multiple tasks and following up with different stakeholders.\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nConfidence working with spreadsheets, systems, and digital tools.\n\nAbility to handle confidential information responsibly.\n\nProactive and solution-oriented approach - you notice when something is missing and take ownership of following it through.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving, remote, and international environment.\n\nGenuine interest in developing a career in People Operations.\n\nStrong written communication and the ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.\n\nComfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with HRIS platforms.\n\nHow We Work\nWe’re fully remote and distributed across time zones.
