Join us as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.Know more about us.\nWe’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our customer-facing systems and infrastructure. This role bridges development and operations, applying engineering principles to improve system resilience and scalability.\nIn this role, you will:\nSecurity & Compliance: Safeguard systems against breaches and ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC2, and other standards.\nCloud Infrastructure: Build and maintain scalable, secure services in Azure, AWS, or GCP using cloud-native tools.\nAutomation & System Admin: Automate routine tasks, manage backups, and configure servers for high availability and disaster recovery.\nMonitoring & Performance: Implement observability tools, optimize system performance, and proactively address issues.\nIncident Response: Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot service incidents, and lead postmortem reviews.\nCollaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, and support teams in agile environments.\nCustomer Provisioning: Handle complex customer account setups in coordination with Sales and Professional Services.\nInfrastructure as Code: Champion IaC practices using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. \nYour background:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.\n6+ years of Proven experience in a Senior SRE or similar role in production environments.\nStrong skills in Windows/Linux, scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell), and cloud services (ECS, EKS, S3, etc.).\nGood to have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, and container orchestration.\nFamiliarity with security protocols, network concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS), and compliance frameworks.\nAbility to debug, optimize, and automate to reduce operational toil.\nExcellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.\nExperience with PCI, HIPAA, and SOC2 compliance.\nExperience with cloud-hosted apps/services (Azure/AWS)\nAbility to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks to eliminate toil.\nWilling to work in APJ Time zone [7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST]\nIf this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.
