Our Blue Ash warehouse is a small, close-knit team of five that receives, stores, picks and ships orders for our US customers every day. Because the team is small, every person's work is visible and matters.\nThe role\nWe are looking for someone who takes real pride in an organized space and accurate numbers. In this role you own the condition of the warehouse and the integrity of the inventory in it. You keep aisles, bins and work areas clean and labeled, you count stock and fix what does not match, you put received product away in the right place the first time, and you step in to pick and pack orders when the regular pickers are on break or away.\nThis is a hands-on role for a person who notices the small things: a bin label that is peeling, a part sitting in the wrong location, a count that is off by two. If you are the type who cannot walk past a mess without fixing it, you will do well here.\nWhat you will do\nKeep the space in order\nKeep aisles, racking, bins, packing stations and receiving areas clean, clear and safe every day\nMaintain bin and rack labels, signage and floor markings; replace anything worn or missing\nBreak down and recycle cardboard and packaging, manage supplies for packing stations and restock as needed\nFollow a daily and weekly housekeeping routine and flag anything that needs repair or attention\nProtect inventory accuracy\nPerform daily cycle counts and periodic full counts using our handheld scanners and NetSuite\nInvestigate and resolve count discrepancies, misplaced stock and mislabeled items, and record adjustments correctly\nKeep like items together, consolidate partial bins and make sure every SKU has a clear home\nReport recurring accuracy problems and suggest fixes to the process, not just the symptom\nPut away received product\nVerify received items against the packing slip and purchase order before putaway\nPut stock away to the correct bin, scan to confirm location, and keep fast-moving items in easy-to-reach spots\nKeep receiving staged product moving so it does not sit on the floor\nSupport the picking team\nCover picking, packing and order check-out during breaks, lunches, vacations and busy periods\nPick orders accurately against the pick list and pack them to our standards\nHelp with shipping tasks such as labeling and staging as needed\nWhat we are looking for\nExtremely organized and detail-oriented, with a genuine preference for clean, labeled, orderly spaces\nAccurate with numbers and comfortable counting, reconciling and entering data carefully\nReliable and self-directed;
