Personally lead the firm's most complex, high-profile client engagements. Serve as the hands-on project manager and senior relationship owner on flagship accounts, driving high-stakes scope, budget, schedule, and risk decisions from planning through closeout while sustaining executive-level client satisfaction.\n4. Own design management and constructability across all project phases. Lead constructability reviews and risk assessments at key design milestones, ensuring every design change is evaluated for cost, schedule, and downstream impact before approval and every document set is coordinated and buildable.\n5. Ensure a seamless handoff from preconstruction to execution. Confirm that project assumptions, budgets, schedules, and risks are clearly communicated to and understood by execution teams, maintaining continuity of project intent from design through construction.\n6. Build the bench for the project management organization.
