You will have the opportunity to mentor and motivate members of your team to achieve performance goals while modeling the same behaviors.\nYOUR DAY-TO-DAY:\nResponsible for agent growth and development\n\nTrain team members on effective customer interaction and collection methods\n\nExamine team behavior and practices to providetimelyconstructive feedback and direction\n\nMotivate team members to achieve desired results\n\nManage and accurately document account details and agent performance details\n\nWork with Progressive Customers and provide exceptional customer experiences\n\nHandle escalated situations for customers\n\nAct as the first primary responder to questions from team/department\n\nEnsure that service levels & saturation consistently hit expectations\n\nSet monthly goals for the team and communicate the action plan with direct manager\n\nManage time properly to complete all administrative responsibilities\n\nYOU’LL BRING:\nMust have experience in collections\n\nBilingual Spanish is preferred but notrequired\n\nMust be available to work the following shift: 11:30AM-8:00PM\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact confidently and professionally with Employees and Customers\n\nAbility to address situations with a sense of urgency, highenergyand enthusiasm\n\nProven ability to coach and mentor others\n\nAbility to drive engagement by helping others understand a vision/purpose\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (Excel functions and formulas a plus)\n\nGeneral knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act\n\nAI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and that’s only going to expand over time.
