The successful candidate should be able to understand the intended business meaning behind communications and convey it accurately and professionally in both Chinese and English.\nResponsibilities\nAct as a communication bridge between the Marketing department and Chinese companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and potential partners.\nDraft and manage professional Chinese correspondence, including emails, follow-ups, requests, and business documents.\nReview communications received from Chinese stakeholders and explain their meaning, context, and important nuances to internal teams.\nParticipate in meetings and calls with Chinese companies and provide real-time language and communication support when required.\nTranslate, localize, proofread, and review business, marketing, commercial, and technology-related materials between Chinese and English.\nReview Chinese versions of presentations, brochures, website content, proposals, product materials, and other business communications.\nEnsure translations communicate the intended meaning accurately and maintain consistent terminology.\nPrepare bilingual meeting notes, summaries, and supporting documentation when required.\nReview documentation received from Chinese manufacturers or partners and identify unclear wording or areas requiring clarification.\nProvide language and communication support during meetings, negotiations, exhibitions, conferences, and other business events.\nSupport ProgressSoft representatives during business visits to China and assist Chinese delegations visiting Jordan or regional offices when required.\nAdvise internal teams on Chinese business communication etiquette and cultural considerations.\nHelp prevent communication misunderstandings by explaining relevant linguistic and cultural nuances.\nSupport relationship-building with Chinese manufacturers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.\nRequirements\nNative-level Mandarin Chinese with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nArabic language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.\nBachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Communications, International Business, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.\n1-5 years of relevant experience in Chinese or international business communication, translation/localization, account coordination, international trade, technology companies, supplier relations, or vendor management.\nStrong fresh graduates with relevant academic, internship, or international exposure may also be considered.\nExperience in technology, AI, electronics, manufacturing, or other technical industries is considered a significant advantage.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.\nAbility to communicate confidently and professionally with external companies and business stakeholders.\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to understand business context across languages and cultures.\nWillingness to participate in meetings, events, and international business visits when
