The position will require close collaboration with other technical support and engineering teams at different levels.\nResponsibilities\nImplement and install solutions at customer's infrastructure platforms.\nWork onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues on the different implementation layers.\nAct positively and respond promptly to the customer’s requests/tickets.\nPrepare, review and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.\nConduct Preventive / Corrective Maintenance visits.\nPerform any other job-related duties related to work.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering/Science, Computer application, or any related field.\nAt least 2 years experience in a similar field.\nGood command of the English language (Speaking, writing, and presentation).\nGood command of the Frensh language (Speaking, writing, and presentation).\nWilling to travel and work extra hours when needed.\nExperience in database engines (Oracle, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL).\nExperience in operating systems (Linux and MS Windows).\nDeveloped knowledge in cloud Infrastructure Orchestration Tools (Ex. Kubernetes, HashiCorp Nomad).\nWorking experience in application servers (Ex.
