At Prohoc, we want you to focus on your work - we’ll take care of the rest and give you the team’s full support.\nLocation: Finland\nAs an Electrical Supervisor you will:\nOversee electrical and instrumentation installations, such as wiring, control panels, sensors, valves, and measurement systems.\n\nMonitor compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.\n\nCoordinate and support installation teams locally and internationally to keep schedules and quality on track.\n\nConduct tests and calibrations to ensure systems operate correctly.\n\nSolve technical issues quickly and effectively during installation phases.\n\nPrepare and maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project.\n\nWhat we expect from you:\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial projects.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges under pressure.\n\nSolid knowledge of safety standards and industry regulations.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.\n\nFluent English; Finnish is an advantage.\n\nSubmit your application as soon as possible, no later than 31st of October 2026.
