In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance with safety procedures, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting site operations.\nYou are a hands-on HSE professional who is proactive, structured, and organized. You enjoy being present on site: conducting inspections, leading safety rounds, and ensuring that everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.\nLocation: Finland & international projects\nAs HSE Expert you will:\nMonitor and support daily site safety practices, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies\n\nConduct HSE inspections and risk assessments on site\n\nPromote safe working habits and lead by example in all HSE matters\n\nParticipate in and arrange site inductions and HSE training sessions\n\nInvestigate incidents and support root cause analysis and corrective actions\n\nMaintain site documentation and reporting related to HSE\n\nWhat we expect from you:\nPrevious experience in an HSE role in an industrial environment\n\nPractical experience working at construction or industrial project sites\n\nStrong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)\n\nRecognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor)\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\n\nFluency in English. Finnish and/or Swedish skills are considered an advantage\n\nSubmit your application as soon as possible, no later than31st of October 2026.
