In this role, you will combine talent sourcing, customer assignment fulfilment and employee support. You will work closely with our Senior Recruiter, Sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure we find the right professionals for our customers - and that our employees have someone to turn to throughout their journey with Prohoc. What will you be doing? Source and identify suitable professionals and subcontractors for customer assignments through Teamtailor, networks and other channels. Interview candidates and assess their skills, experience and suitability for different assignments. Work closely with Sales to understand customer needs, present candidates and follow up on resourcing progress.
