Project Cubit is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to help shape the construction software our users rely on every day. \n\nAs a BA Intern, you’ll work with clients, developers and QA to gather requirements, write user stories, map processes, and turn real construction challenges into product features, with hands-on mentorship along the way.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nGather and document requirements from clients and end users\n\nWrite user stories with clear acceptance criteria\n\nPrepare BRDS, SRS documents, and process flow diagrams\n\nSupport backlog refinement and sprint planning\n\nAct as the bridge between clients, developers, and QA\n\nAnalyse workflows and data to suggest product improvements\n\nRequirements\n\nBasic understanding of the SDLC and Age (Scrum/ Kanban)\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English\n\nAbility to create flowcharts, process maps or wireframes\n\nFamiliarity with Sira, Confluence, Figma, or Lucidchartisa plus\n\nBasic Excel or SQL knowledge is an advantage\n\nPursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, CS, SE.
