We turn carrier and customer complexity into reliable, scalable connectivity- balancing speed, quality, and long-term network health. \nThe Opportunity:\nWe’rehiring an Integrations Engineer to join our Direct Integrations team in Kraków. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and problem-solving. \nYou’llown end-to-end delivery of carrier and customer integrations across multiple modes (FTL, LTL, Parcel, Ocean, Air), working hands-on with APIs, EDI, and flat files. Beyond execution, you’llhelp improve how we operate- contributing to automation, AI adoption, and process improvements that scale impact across the team. \nThis is not a pure project management role. It’sa technical, outcome-driven position with real ownership. \nWhat You’llDo \nIntegration Delivery & Ownership \nOwn end-to-end delivery of integrations, from technical review through testing and go-live. \nConfigure, validate, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, EDI, and flat-file connections. \nInvestigate complex data, mapping, and tracking issues; identifyroot causes and drive durable fixes. \nManage multiple integrations and support tickets in parallel while meeting SLA expectations. \nOperational Excellence \nEnsure integrations meet quality, performance, and data standards before production release. \nActively manage your queue, prioritizing work based on customer impact, urgency, and business value. \nDocument solutions, edge cases, and best practices to reduce repeat issues and improve onboarding. \nCross-Functional Collaboration \nWork closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to unblock delivery. \nTranslate technical constraints into clear recommendations and trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders. \nSupport strategic customers and deals by ensuring integrationreadiness and realistic timelines. \nAutomation & AI Enablement \nUse AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed in daily work (analysis, troubleshooting, communication). \nContribute ideas and prototypes for automation across the integrationlifecycle. \nHelp scale successful workflows by sharing templates, prompts, or playbooks with the team. \nWhat You’llBring \nRequired Experience \n3+ years of experience in technical integrations, technical operations, or implementation roles. \nHands-on experience with APIs, EDI, and/or flat-file data exchange. \nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work through ambiguous problems. \nComfort working in ticket-based environments with SLAs and competing priorities. \nClear written and verbal communication skills in English. \nTechnical & Tooling Familiarity \nExperience with tools such as Postman, JSON/XML, SQL, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Observe/Kibana, or similar. \nUnderstanding ofdata mapping, validation, and testing practices. \nFamiliarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain systems is a strong plus. \nWays of Working \nStrong senseof ownership- sees problems through toresolution. \nComfortable collaborating across teams without formal authority. \nCurious, adaptable, and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done. \nWillingness to leverageAI and automation as part of everyday problem-solving. \nNice to Have \nExperience with multiple transport modes (FTL, LTL, Parcel, Ocean, Air). \nExposure to iPaaS platforms or workflow automation tools. \nAdditionallanguages (nice to have, not required). \nWhy This Role Matters \nTechnical Integration Managers are critical to project44’s network scale.
