If you’re driven to solve meaningful problems, leverage AI to scale rapidly, drive impact daily, and be part of a high-performance team - we should talk. \nAbout the Role:\nAs a Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as a senior technical and business advisor responsible for driving complex enterprise sales engagements and shaping how project44 delivers value to the market.\nThis role is both strategic and hands-on, you will lead technical discovery and solution design for our largest customers, mentor the next generation of Solutions Engineers, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence the direction of our platform.\nYou are a storyteller, technologist, and strategist who can articulate how project44 technology transforms global supply chains, and back it up with architectural depth and operational know-how.\nKey Accountabilities:\nLead technical strategy and solution design for complex global enterprise opportunities.\nServe as the primary technical authority during sales engagements-partnering closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies.\nTranslate intricate customer challenges into scalable, high impact project44 solutions.\nServe as a subject matter expert in supply chain visibility, transportation management, and digital transformation.\nStay current with evolving industry trends (logistics automation, APIs, AI/ML-driven visibility, IoT) and advise customers on how project44 technology can drive innovation.\nDesign and deliver sophisticated demos, proofs of concept, and value assessments aligned to executive-level business outcomes.\nExecute customized product demonstrations that speak to the specific needs of the prospect \nAct as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders-presenting technical visions and ROI analyses that influence long-term partnerships.\nRepresent project44 at industry events, webinars, and customer councils as a thought leader.\nMentor and coach Solutions Engineers, elevating team performance and consistency across global regions.\nPartner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap through market and customer feedback.\nCollaborate with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery.\nSupport enablement initiatives to scale best practices across the global Solutions Engineering organization.\nRequirements & Preferred Skills\n7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or consulting within SaaS or enterprise software.\nDeep understanding of global supply chain, transportation, and logistics processes.\nProven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with measurable impact.\nStrong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, integration frameworks, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).\nExcellent communication and presentation skills- able to distill complex technical concepts for C-suite audiences.\nProficiency in leading workshops, designing Proofs of Value, and delivering quantifiable ROI analysis.\nFamiliarity with programming concepts, SQL, and information security standards (preferred).\nWillingness to travel up to 50%.In-office Commitment: Our office is where ideas spark, connections thrive, and innovation comes alive.
