with product and business objectives.\n\nCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and internal platforms.\n\nConduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experience.\n\nCollaborate with the Marketing team to ensure seamless design implementation.\n\nDevelop and maintain design systems and UI standards to ensure consistency across platforms.\n\nTranslate complex processes into simple, efficient, and engaging user experiences.\n\nIterate designs based on user feedback, performance insights, and stakeholder input.\n\nSupport digital product strategy through experience-driven design thinking.\n\nManage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.\n\nStay current with UI/UX trends, tools, accessibility standards, and best practices.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or related field (or currently pursuing).\n\nProficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva, or similar).\n\nStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.\n\nAbility to translate research insights into functional and visually appealing interfaces.\n\nComfort working with web and digital product environments.\n\nStrong attention to detail, structure, and user flow consistency.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nComfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience conducting usability testing or user interviews.\n\nFamiliarity with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG principles).\n\nBasic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS is a plus).\n\nExperience developing design systems or UI component libraries.\n\nUnderstanding of product lifecycle and agile
