content aligned with brand and project goals.\n\nCollaborate with creative teams, marketing, and stakeholders to understand project vision and deliver compelling visual stories.\n\nCut, trim, and sequence video clips, adding transitions, effects, and motion graphics as needed.\n\nEnhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and audio balancing.\n\nIncorporate graphics, captions, music, and branding elements to elevate viewer engagement.\n\nManage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.\n\nAdapt content for various platforms (social media, web, internal use) with attention to formatting and audience preferences.\n\nReview and revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders and performance insights.\n\nOrganize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries efficiently.\n\nStay current with video editing trends, tools, and storytelling techniques.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).\n\nProficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).\n\nStrong understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling techniques.\n\nAbility to transform raw footage into cohesive and engaging narratives.\n\nExperience working with digital media formats and exporting for multiple platforms.\n\nStrong attention to detail in editing, timing, and visual continuity.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nComfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).\n\nFamiliarity with color grading and audio editing techniques.\n\nKnowledge of social media trends and video optimization strategies (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).\n\nBasic
