Обязанности

Осуществление дежурства по поддержке программного обеспечения. Регистрация входящих заявок от пользователей. Устранение типовых ошибок в работе программного обеспечения. Формирование кейсов по устранение новых ошибок (Confluence).

Описание запросов от пользователей на доработку системы и разработку новых модулей (Jira).

Уверенная работа в ОС Windows Server на уровне администрирования (анализ сбоев, проблем производительности, управление службами, доступами пользователей, устройствами, сетями). Понимание сетевых технологий, протоколов и способов интеграции.

Понимание устройства сетевых протоколов и способов взаимодействия различных систем. Опыт работы с протоколами FTP, SMB, SSH, IMAP, SMTP и другими. Понимание форматов записей данных (XML, JSON).

Требования

понимание JavaScript. Подключение к удаленным Windows\Unix хостам, сбор и анализ логов: Putty, WinSCP, SSH, RDP. Опыт работы с SQL базами данных (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) и написание простых SQL запросов (выборка, группировка, сортировка, объединения). Навыки .net (junior).
