This roll will perform the tasks of assembler 1 & 2 along with assembly of small components according to blueprints.\nPRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nExceed or meet Work Order build times.\nClean parts\nInspect parts to print to verify assembly.\nKeep the work area clean and free of hazards.\nMaintaining acceptable production rate while not sacrificing quality of work.\nMeeting customer and company quality standards.\nMinimizing rework and scraps.\nOptimizing setup time.\nMust adhere to all company safety standards.\nMust provide support to other departments on an as needed basis.\nDay to day work assignments may increase in complexity and volume\nPrimary Responsibility is Small Component AssemblyKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\n\nProficient with basic measuring tools (Calipers & Micrometers)\nAble to read and interpret detailed wiring diagrams, and drawings.\nMust demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic shop tools.\nBe able to follow written and verbal directions.
