The incumbent will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including professional entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support and management positions to include, but not limited to Engineering, Sales, IT, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations and Human Resources. The incumbent will support the business through candidate sourcing, recruitment and support of processes.\n\nPRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead the in full cycle recruitment of corporate and operations level professional support positions\nAssist to source candidates and provide resumes to internal business partners\nConduct intake sessions with hiring managers to update, create, develop and maintain job descriptions and postings for professional support business functions.\nEnsures accuracy and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process in compliance with local, state and federal requirements\nAct as a main contact for new hire communications\nConduct new hire orientations when necessary\nEvaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referrals in compliance\nMaintain recruiting tracking processes\nPost jobs internally, externally and on various sites\nAttend career fairs and job fairs\nFoster relationship with local schools for recruiting initiatives and assist in the building of future, long standing talent pools\nSupport HR team efforts to continually improve processes and our customer experience\nArrange travel, expense reports and arrangement of transportation for applicants when and where needed\nEmbrace and model the values of Prolec-GE: Integrity, Accountability, Excellence, Teamwork & Results\nLead and volunteer for institutional and social responsibility events\nAssist with HR and recruitment related projects, when necessary\nAssist HR management in the development, revision, and implementation of streamlined processes, procedures and administrative practices \nPerform regular and ad hoc reporting on items such as headcount, attrition, turnover, attendance, and performance/development objectives\n KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nAbility to act in an action-oriented manner and drive for exceptional results \nAbility to communicate with employees and management at all levels effectively\nIntermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of an HRIS and/or ATS systems are required\nKnowledge of applicable HR law and DOL requirements in relation to recruitment and recordkeeping.
