This role is responsible for ensuring material availability while optimizing cost, inventory levels, and supplier performance across assigned commodities.\nThe Sourcing Analyst plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, leveraging SAP/MRP systems, and partnering cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and supply chain efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier selection, price and terms negotiation, purchase order placement, and delivery expediting\nUse SAP/MRP systems to analyze demand, inventory levels, and stock status to support production requirements\nEstablish and maintain inventory planning parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, minimum buy quantities, and lead times\nEnsure continuous material flow to support production schedules while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory\nMonitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness \nIdentify and resolve supplier issues, including late deliveries, quality concerns, pricing discrepancies, and invoice issues \nSupport supplier development and improvement initiatives to strengthen long-term partnerships\nDrive year-over-year cost reduction initiatives through negotiations, sourcing strategies, and supply base optimization \nAnalyze spend, lead times, and usage trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and inventory improvement \nSupport total cost of ownership initiatives, including logistics, MOQ alignment, and payment terms \nTrack and report key metrics such as inventory turns, supplier on-time delivery, cost savings, and past-due purchase orders\nPartner closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, planning, and finance teams \nSupport new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes by ensuring timely supplier readiness and material availability \nParticipate in component sourcing decisions and supplier qualification efforts \nAlign sourcing strategies with business objectives and operational priorities\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field\nExperience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analysis within a manufacturing environment\nProficiency with SAP and MRP-based systems\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions \nEffective negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a deadline-driven environment\nWhy Join Us?\nCulture:We take pride in a culture rooted in strong values, meaningful behaviors, and a deep sense of purpose.
