You’ll act as a key enabler for client-specific projects, working closely with delivery teams to align participant-related processes with strategic AI customer needs. You’ll also work to transform these processes and workflows into scalable solutions, partnering closely with our product and tech teams to do this. This role demands a hands-on approach to participant onboarding, verification, and quality management, as well as cross-functional collaboration to meet the demands of both internal stakeholders and external clients\nWhat you’ll be doing in the role \nDevelop detailed project plans, workflows, and enablement materials to support efficient delivery.\nMaintain Prolific’s participant pools as high-quality, diverse, and optimised to meet customer demands.\nImplement and manage verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers, ensuring their skills and qualifications meet client-specific requirements.\nContinuously optimise participant onboarding and activation funnels to enhance retention and task performance.\nMonitor participant engagement and quality metrics, using insights to drive improvements.\nContribute to upskilling programmes and certification processes for participants involved in complex AI tasks\nWork closely with product, data, science, and customer success teams to align operational priorities with strategic objectives.\nCollaborate with product managers to transform manual processes into scalable, technology-driven solutions.\nAct as a conduit between delivery teams and operational functions to ensure seamless project execution.\nDocument and communicate operational changes to stakeholders across the business, ensuring smooth adoption.\nWhat you’ll bring to the role\nProven experience in human data operations, ideally in marketplace or platform environments.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong project management skills, with attention to detail and operational execution.\nExperience in implementing and optimising processes to improve efficiency and scalability.\nProficiency in operational tools and systems such as, Zapier,, and HubSpot.\nExceptional communication and documentation skills, with a track record of stakeholder enablement.\nConfidence with data analysis and operational metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement\nFamiliarity with human data operations, product or data operations, participant recruitment, or managing global crowdsourcing/gig-economy platforms.\nExperience supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects, such as data labelling, annotation, or domain-specific task curation.\nUnderstanding of Prolific’s platform and its role in delivering high-quality human data for AI research.\nWhy Prolific is a great place to work\nWe've built a unique platform that connects researchers and companies with a global pool of participants, enabling the collection of high-quality, ethically sourced human behavioral data and feedback.
