In a world where foundational AI technologies are increasingly commoditized, it's the quality and diversity of human-generated data that truly differentiates products and models.\nThe role\nAs a Senior Human Data Operations Partner, AI, you'll manage the operational delivery of human data for a strategic AI customer. You'll work closely with the Human Data Operations Team and customer-facing teams to understand what each project needs and make sure the right participants are available, verified and ready to work.\nYou'll manage participant pools, run operational projects, track supply and quality, and resolve issues as they come up. You'll also look for ways to improve how we work and partner with Product and Engineering to make successful processes easier to scale. This is a hands-on role covering project management, participant operations, data analysis and cross-functional problem solving.\nWhat you’ll be doing in the role \nTurn customer requirements into clear operational plans, workflows and timelines.\nManage the delivery of participant supply for the account, working closely with the Human Data Operations Team and Delivery teams.\nBuild and maintain participant pools based on requirements such as skills, geography, language, verification and availability.\nManage participant onboarding, verification and activation for domain experts and AI taskers.\nTrack participant supply, engagement and quality, and take action when performance or coverage is off track.\nLead operational projects from planning through to delivery, coordinating the teams and stakeholders involved.\nCreate and maintain project documentation, workflows and enablement materials.\nIdentify manual processes and operational bottlenecks and work with Product and Engineering to improve or automate them.\nSupport upskilling, assessment and certification programmes for participants working on complex AI tasks.\nAct as a day-to-day operational point of contact for delivery teams on participant-related requirements and issues.\nFlag supply gaps, risks and other issues to help drive them to resolution.\nShare knowledge and good practice across HD Ops and support other team members on complex projects.\nWhat you’ll bring to the role\n5+ years proven experience in human data, AI data, workforce, marketplace operations or a similar environment.\nExperience managing complex projects or operational programmes with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements.\nStrong project management and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.\nExperience managing or improving participant, workforce or supply operations, including onboarding, verification, quality or activation.\nComfortable working with operational data and metrics to identify problems and track performance.\nExperience improving processes and working with Product, Engineering or other technical teams to make operations more efficient and scalable.\nStrong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across operational and technical teams.\nComfortable working independently, taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML data operations, such as data labelling, annotation, evaluation or domain-specific task curation.\nExperience working with global crowdsourcing, gig-economy or other distributed workforce platforms is a plus.\nUnderstanding of Prolific's platform and human data operations.\nWhy Prolific is a great place to work\nWe've built a unique platform that connects researchers and companies with a global pool of participants, enabling the collection of high-quality, ethically sourced human behavioral data and feedback.
