AI & Automation Solutions Architect

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive AI and Automation Solutions Architect for our Technical Documentation group. In this solo, high-impact role, you will be the primary engine for productivity innovation - identifying manual bottlenecks and architecting polished, AI-enhanced solutions to solve them. We value aptitude and engineering craft over a checklist of tools. If you leverage AI to build faster, have a keen eye for UI/UX, and turn raw data into actionable insights, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Workflow Transformation: Audit documentation lifecycles to design and implement custom automation that enhances content integrity and accelerates high-volume tasks.

- Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain standalone web applications and productivity aids to optimize internal processes and bridge disparate data platforms.

- AI-Driven Intelligence: Use AI and NLP APIs to analyze internal and external product data and knowledge, recommending documentation updates based on emerging technical trends.

- Data Visualization: Architect automated data pipelines and aesthetic dashboards to provide real-time insights into operational health and content performance.

- End-to-End Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle - from process mining and UI/UX design to deployment - ensuring tools are visually polished and technically robust.

Core Competencies :

- Full-Stack Mastery: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with the ability to select the best-fit language and framework for any given problem.

- AI-Assisted Engineering: Expert use of AI coding agents and LLMs to accelerate development cycles and maintain high code quality.

- AI/NLP Integration: Practical experience using AI/NLP APIs to build intelligent features like recommendation engines, sentiment analysis, and data extraction.

- UI/UX Excellence: A proven eye for modern, intuitive interfaces.

- Data Scraping and ETL: Knowledge of fetching and transforming data from disparate sources, including web portals, APIs, and community forums.

- Architectural Aptitude: Ability to design modular components and manage the deployment of web applications and source control as required.
