The work will help the team improve the reliability of cost information, define how regional communications should work, and where AI may support the Forma implementation. The specific project deliverables will be confirmed with the Development team.\nKey responsibilities include:\nSupport the Central Region (potentially Global as well) with Cost Intelligence and Construction Project Management Software implementations.\nHelp review and organize information related to the Cost Intelligence and Construction Project Management Software implementations.\nContribute to defining a regional communications plans.\nHelp document potential AI support for Construction Project Management software implementation.\nBuilding blocks for success\nRequired:\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications.\nClear verbal and written communication skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.\nAbility to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.\nPreferred:\nProject experience involving data organization, communications planning, or process improvement.\nInterest in development project workflows and the use of AI to support business processes.\nExperience with Forma\nExperience with Construction Project Management and/or Estimating\nDemonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.\nHiring Salary Range of:\nUndergraduate: $25-$30 per hour.
