Are you seeking practical experience to supplement your academic pursuits?\nThe Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.\nPrologis seeks both undergraduate and graduate level interns passionate about kickstarting their careers while helping us further our industry leading work across the organization.\nA day in the life\nYou will support the Energy Execution team through data entry and analysis, process improvement, and special projects. Your work may include exploring ways to use AI tools to improve estimating, supporting administration and refinement of safe harbor strategies and tax policy, and helping improve project management programs and processes. You will work across a range of project management challenges and gain exposure to the tools and systems used to execute renewable energy projects, at scale. The projects you support will result in meaningful improvements that benefit the broader Energy Execution team, while learning the full project life cycle intricacies of renewable energy development.\nKey responsibilities include:\nEnter, organize, and analyze execution data to support project tracking and team decision-making.\nReview project and estimating data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve execution processes.\nExplore practical uses of AI tools to improve estimating approaches, project reporting, schedule management, and support more effective project planning.\nSupport administration and refinement of safe harbor strategies, adapting our business to changes in tax policy and other market fluctuations.\nContribute to process improvement efforts and special projects that support the broader Energy Execution team.\nCoordinate assigned project work, document findings, and communicate progress and recommendations to team members.\nBuilding blocks for success\nRequired:\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications.\nClear verbal and written communication skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.\nAbility to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.\nPreferred:\nCoursework, project, or internship experience in renewable energy, engineering, construction management, data analysis, or a related field.\nExperience working with project, financial, or operational data and identifying process improvement opportunities.\nCoursework or project experience with estimating, tax policy, safe harbor programs, sustainability, renewable energy, or project management.\nDemonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.\nHiring Salary Range of:\nUndergraduate: $25-$30 per hour.
